Rob Spence
Rob formed RSL Claims in 2004 after working for Crawford & Co and Thomas Howell Group as a Chartered Loss Adjuster dealing with complex and major loss claims. Rob brings a lifetime of experience to RSL Claims and offered expert advices to many commercial and domestic clients ensuring they get the settlements they deserve. Outside of work Rob is a keen golfer, playing of a handicap of 4 at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, Rob ensure he transfers the winning mentality from the office to the course. Aside from golf Rob enjoys Salmon fishing in Scotland and holidays with his family in Abersoch.
Rod Stitch
Rod has worked in the Insurance and Construction industry for 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to both the commercials and domestics claims that come into the office. Rod has an eye for detail and ensures specifications are accurate and concise so negotiations can move as swiftly and claims get settled in the quickest time possible. Outside of the office Rod can often been found at the BET365 Stadium, Rod is an avid Stoke City fan and supports them both at home and on their travels.
Ben Spence
Ben, the next generation of family loss adjusters has been working at RSL Claims for 12 years after graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University, with a degree in Marketing and Management. Ben’s area of expertise is on the domestic claims side, he works closely with the contracting network and plays a key role in identifying damage, specifying repairs and carrying out the detailed negotiations with loss adjusters. In his free time Ben enjoys an active social life, going to the gym most weekdays followed by long walks with his Jack Russel Sheikh at the weekend and the odd pint of beer at the local pub.
Jo
Jo has been working for RSL Claims for 6 years now and has been working within the Insurance Industry since leaving College. She works within the contractor network of RSL Claims and also handles the day to day Accounts, Management Information and administrative duties. Jo is kept busy with her two young children Mylo & Bo and enjoys nothing more than family days out and making her children smile. In her free time she enjoys socialising with her close friends and family, which is usually either in the coffee shop or the wine bars.
